Suddenly the audio on my Roku TV has changed. Background noise is louder and overshadows dialogue. Some of the dialogue- on multiple apps, with different shows and movies- echoes. I’ve been through the sound in my settings to try and fix, I’ve also done a system restart with no luck fixing the issue.

Just spoke to a higher up tech and it’s a known issue affecting ONLY Hisense brand televisions since the system updated to 14.5. He said they are currently working on fixing the issue and someone is supposed to email me and call me once it’s fixed.

Thank you! In my opinion they seem to be too slow in providing a resolution since it’s been almost a week since the update. Need to improve customer service.

Agreed 100%. Mine JUST started doing it. And you want to hear the craziest part? I plugged in my old Firestick to use for the time being and it does it on that as well!! So it’s the whole dang TV. Can’t even use a different streaming device!!! So frustrating

Absolutely no resolution.
Erratic sound is very annoying.
Roku, please resolve this issue!
