My Roku Ultra, Model 4670X, has started experiencing brief, persistent audio dropouts and skipping on movies with Dolby Digital / + / ATMOS soundtracks in the Fandango At Home (Vudu) app. I have not noticed the issue in other apps.
My Roku did receive a software update on July 1st (Software Version: 14.6.4 Build: 9914). I'm pretty sure the problem started after that update.
The movies play fine from the Fandango app on a Google TV Streamer.
Other users are reporting the same issue at Reddit r/vudu.
Every movie we watch on Fandango At Home on Roku, sound drops. Its highly frustrating. Just this app and its like this on every TV in the house.
