[SOLVED] Remote skips or jumps over multiple channel tiles
We are receiving reports from users that when navigating the Roku home screen, remote button presses will skip or hop over multiple channel tiles at once.
This issue is currently Under Investigation.
Workaround - Restarting your Roku device from the Settings menu (Settings > System > Power > Restart) will temporarily resolve this issue if you are experiencing it.

We appreciate you for sharing your experience regarding a similar issue you've encountered. Have you tried performing a restart on your Roku device? If not, we recommend doing so to notice any improvements. To do this, navigate to Settings > System > Power (skip if no sub-menu) > System Restart. Once troubleshooting steps we would also recommend is to unplug your Roku device from the power outlet for 30 seconds to 1 minute, then plugging it back again.

Regarding this matter, we don't have any information yet, as our team is currently in the process of fixing this issue. If you experience the same problem, you can reboot your Roku streaming device/TV system by navigating to your Home screen. Scroll up or down to select Settings > System > Power (if this option is unavailable, proceed to the next step) > System restart as a workaround. Let us know how it goes!

- If your rechargeable voice remote has a pairing button: Press and hold the pairing button on the back of the remote for 20 seconds.
- If your rechargeable voice remote does not have a pairing button: Press and hold the Back and Home buttons for 20 seconds.
When the status light stops flashing, your remote has successfully rebooted.
