I've also had this problem now for several weeks on Roku Express. App just displays blank boxes when U TVselected and then after about 30 seconds reboots the device. I noticed that a software update had been loaded a few days ago but the problem still persists.

I am also frustrated. I had email help from Roku, which became unhelpful. I was told "we are working on it" but yesterday I was told " your query is considered solved. " And new emails are not answered. I was initially impressed with email help but now it appears to have stopped. And U streaming does not work. 😕
