Buy a Google TV device at Walmart ($14). I did it this morning and I'm good now. Bonus - clearer picture too.

Firstly, we need additional information to proceed with the investigation.
- Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and OS version. (these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
- Tracker ID (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button five times, followed by the Back button five times, and provide us with this ID)

You are losing ROKU customers every day.
PLEASE FIX IT or roll back 13.0....

Your developers need to push a fix or roll back. This is unacceptable. You are losing customers for life at a high rate, myself included if this isn't fixed ASAP. Will jump to firetv or something else and never use Roku again. I have the ultra and just checked that latest 14.0.4 does nothing to fix it.

i totally agree with you. i own 4 roku's and now all 4 have updated to 14.0.4
Now my wife is angry with me.
i have an old FIRE stick and will try that in another connection to my main tv.

It's Prime Day all. I just ordered Firesticks to replace all my Roku devices. Not only was Tablo TV broken but Roku was also having issues with Plex. Too long without a fix.
