Re: [Under investigation] Remote Power and Volume buttons are suddenly not working

I just got this Roku yesterday, and it worked fine. The volume buttons no longer work, but all other buttons work. I've tried updating on the secret menu, reconnect the Roku stick, changing the remote batteries, and turning off and on everything.

any advice?
