Re: [Solved] Speakers/Streambar Not Connecting After Update

Speakers (Roku Wireless Speakers (for Roku Streambars or Roku TV) and Streambar (Roku Streambar 4K HDR Streaming Device & Premium Soundbar All in One) will not pair. Wireless speakers don't show on list to connect. Have option for Bluetooth headphones and speakers; will not connect to these either. Speakers are 15 ft from streambar, pairing lights blink on back of speakers. One speaker anounce steps to connect. Received all from Amazon approximately 30 days ago.

    Roku speakers will not connect to the newest small streambar, it is not programmed for them - only a woofer. Apparently the available larger Roku sound bar recognizes the speakers ... a shame as the older smaller and now discontinued streambar connected just fine. It was replaced by two models and the speakers only work on the larger one. Deceptive and not good marketing as far as I'm concerned ...

        Same problem . It started around Thursday or Friday (9/11 or12).  

        Model number: 9104R-Streambar SE    Device ID:5094653DV8R6    

        Serial number: X01800GDV8R6    Software: 14.6.4    Build: 9915

    It sounds like you're having a bit of trouble getting your Roku Wireless Speakers to pair with your Roku Streambar. Could you let me know:

    • Are you seeing any error messages or codes when you try to pair them?
    • What steps have you already tried to fix the issue?
    • Are you setting them up for the first time, or were they working before and suddenly stopped connecting?
