Hi, I recently bought a Roku Plus Series 75 inch, and noticed that when watching live TV from a connected antenna, the screen will go dark and all audio stops. I have to turn it off and on in order to get the feed again. What's strange is that it shuts off at 30 minute intervals according to the time. So if I'm watching a 30 minute show at 7pm, the TV will go dark at 7:30 pm, and so forth. This is really strange, and annoying. It is not an auto power off timer, I checked those. It seems tied to the live TV app or guide itself. Can anyone help me with this, or have you experienced this? Thanks!

    Experiencing same thing on my 50" tcl started yesterday its only on my live antenna/ota channels, will be watching a channel and randomly it will go to a blank/black screen but I can move up a channel or switch to any other channel those all work then switch back to the original channel I was on that went black and it works again for a while then randomly repeats all over again, went through all the suggested steps, unplugging pwer for 30 mins all to no avail, ultimately did a factory reset and that worked seemed to have fixed it, worked fine all evening and first part of today then it started again doing same thing except this time its more structured every hr on the hour for bout 3 hrs then it went to every 30 mins on the dot each time now we're back to every hr on the hr, I dont know what else to do.

      Do a manually check for a new update. Apparently they have corrected the problem.  Go under settings, system update. I did and it fixed the problem just a couple of hours ago.

    I am having the exact same issue.  I went on vacation for a week and now my tv is doing this.  I have gone through all of the settings. I have unplugged my tv from the wall and I have powered off and on the tv.  Nothing is working. Can someone please help us?
